Which countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world, check if you're country is included at checkout.
Can I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation with a track & trace number, so that you can track your package. Didn't receive an email? Then take a look at the spam folder!
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the European Union are €2.99, with free shipping on orders over €80.
In the US & Canada, shipping starts at €5.
For the rest of the world, shipping costs begin at €5. Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
What is the delivery time?
That depends on where you live.
Do you live in the Netherlands, EU or US?
Then the delivery takes 4-8 business days.
Do you live outside of EU or US? The delivery takes 5-16 business days. Delivery details will be stated in your confirmation email.
How do I enter my discount code?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please check our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
If your size is available, we can arrange an exchange. Otherwise, you will need to place a new order. Since our products are made to order, please choose carefully and refer to the size guide before purchasing.

How do I take care of my Esdushi products?
- Rinse with fresh water after each use.
- Hand wash with mild soap and cold water.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
