We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Share your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This information helps us expedite the process and enhance our service. - Pack Your Item:
Pack the item securely, including all original tags and packaging. - Ship It Back:
Send the package to the address provided, using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend sending the tracking information to info@esdushi.com. The client is responsible for covering the return costs. - Inspection and Processing:
Our team will inspect the returned item upon receipt. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply follow the return process and place a new order. This ensures a swift exchange process, getting the items you desire without delay. If you wish to exchange an item, it is possible, but you will be responsible for covering the additional delivery costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the instance that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that delivery costs incurred for the items will not be refunded and will ne deducted from the order total. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@esdushi.com.
